Well I've joined Facebook.
There was an error when I joined 'common error' I'm told. So I checked I could logon and yep I was there. Then I felt like it was getting nosey - or I was getting paranoid. I don't want to put in all my history. For me, I prefer using a service like ICU to instant message.
Maybe I was just not in the mood.
Maybe I'll look at joining MySpace tomorrow.

The profile information on all these sites is pretty intrusive. At least we are not as naive as younger people tend to be and limit our sharing of information. I can see how easy it would be to use the personal details for nefarious purposes. Deborah
